My Transitioning Story

A journey to transition from straight to natural hair is NEVER an easy one. It takes LOADS & TONNES of patience to bear with all the criticism, name callings, bad hair days, low self-esteem etc. & it is NOT gonna happen OVERNIGHT. Just take it easy and go with the flow. Let the hair do its thing to grow and at the end of the journey -if u’ve respect the curls the curls WILL respect YOU.

I did my hair transitioning process “unintentionally” & I’m glad I did it that way cuz I wasn’t in a rush to grow them out. But once they did grew out naturally and beautifully I ain’t wanna go back to be a fake straw head. I like being a curly headed regardless what people think. Curl is a part of me & who I am why should I not embrace it?
